What Uganda has to do with "Somalia livestock export ban "
We've a political problem, not "livestock export ban" problem. That EU's consultative ESOLT meeting had to be held in Uganda speaks volumes!

What does Uganda have to do with it?
Uganda is safe can't say that about Somalia. You are aware Somalia is burning right? Why would Puntlanders, Somalilanders and Europeans risk their lives having a meeting in Somalia?
The article went on to say "livestock is main Somali export earner" so livestock export ban is a major problem. Looks like you losing contact with reality.

They could have their meeting in Djibouti which is closer to Somalia than Uganda except Uganda needs to profit from Somalia like Kenya/Ethiopia but as you as " abdijohnson character " anti Somalia who must side with the other!!!!!!

And for the record Uganda is a friendlier territory for Somalis than Djibouti. Somalis can go work, live and go to school in Uganda. But Djibouti treats Somalis they same way Americans treat Mexicans in the states. So why are you up Djibouti's ass? They want nothing to do with you or your people they routinly deport

Uganda benefits lot from a lot from Somali refugees in sense they improved their economic in every sector I can give you video clip of president of Uganda talking about "Somali businesswoman Amina Hersi "and how no Ugandan thought before in turning those dusty
empty lands to skyscrapers.
Back to our subject, listen abdijohnson this little conference will lead to agency that will be responsible of lobbying and supervising the project ....... money offices to rent, employees, budget, traveling expenses,....this agency or NGO should be in Somalia PL or SL.
About Djibouti is very tiny country that her whole population live in one city. Desert no water or agriculture land which can not afford any more population. Plus the country is little French colony.
Re: What Uganda has to do with "Somalia livestock export ban "
uganda is a great green country.
Re: What Uganda has to do with "Somalia livestock export ban "
Every country under the sun benefits from immigrants. Nobody is debating that and has nothing to do with this meeting. These people are not migrating there. They are simply having a meeting at that location. How did you even misunderstand that? Did you read your own article you posted? Stop it fam if it was in SL you would be crying about it too. Let's not lie to each other.
Uganda hanoolaato
Djibouti never wanted to be part of Somalia they will never be part of Somalia. Yet you are advocating for them to benefit from this and not Uganda. You make no sense. You said it yourself Somalis thrive in Uganda and the President welcomes and praises the Somalis there.Your argument is irrational.About Djibouti is very tiny country that her whole population live in one city. Desert no water or agriculture land which can not afford any more population. Plus the country is little French colony.

"Let's not lie to each other. " you are talking as if you know me (abdijohnson), I will happy if the conference was in SL for it will prove SL is part of Somalia.
Second the money that was spent in the conference and will spend later on NGO that will supervise the results of conference will be cut from our budget or the aid money.

Somalis in Djibouti has never choose to be separated from Somalia. The election was ring. Second I can show president of Djibouti gulleh singing Somali national anthem.
