Uganda benefits lot from a lot from Somali refugees in sense they improved their economic in every sector I can give you video clip of president of Uganda talking about "Somali businesswoman Amina Hersi "and how no Ugandan thought before in turning those dusty
empty lands to skyscrapers.
Back to our subject, listen abdijohnson this little conference will lead to agency that will be responsible of lobbying and supervising the project ....... money offices to rent, employees, budget, traveling expenses,....this agency or NGO should be in Somalia PL or SL.

Djibouti never wanted to be part of Somalia they will never be part of Somalia. Yet you are advocating for them to benefit from this and not Uganda. You make no sense.
