Let's be realistic.......everyone is at it from top ministers to local police.
Killing them is not an option.....transparency and mechanisms of accountability must be instituted.
PS a lot of the corruption originates from outside the country eg NGOs, bilateral aid, food aid etc.

Of course the hanging is not practical solution at long term. but in short term goal, we can hung them the top ministers to set example for regular folks. The message is no one is above law.
