Somaliland Government orders mass killing and genocide of Dhulbahante peoples

Somaliland Presidential Affairs Minister Mohamoud Hashi Abdi , acting on orders of the Somaliland President Ahmed Mohamed Siilanyo, has instructed the Somaliland army to begin the mass killings of Dhulbahante civilians, as is evident in the above clip.

The Dhulbahante people must be prepared to counter this order and retaliate against the Somaliland militia.
