goes all the country bc of xaarmaajo. his visit was about a humanitarian aid rather than ports all the rest was postponed so whos responsinle here?

im ashamed of the somali name after seen how their media was posting 24/7...i just turn them off dont know how much they collected....should be over $30 million until the end of the campaign

this is a rival saudi site it says UAE has bought Farmaajo woth money....as far i know UAE has bought CCC they appointed him for their horn adviser. he has involved in the ports deal. as for Garguurte, they pay(and still) for villa somalias expenses like the decorations, staff, hospital and "helping in the security"

UAE has the biggest influence in somalia after turkey. personally im not against its ports deal bc this will weaken ethiopia and empower more arabs and muslims in somalia. Egypt, UAE and oman vs Turkey, saudi, qatar, Ethiopia is aligned with latter camp so she must settle with Mogadishu as regions r in favour of the UAE and behind it Egypt. Farmaajo is on his way to Ethiopia.

The Emarites modify their policy
According to the same informed sources, Emiratis have modified their policy towards Framajo, in response to Saudi pressure, and after the man became a fait accompli, they began to seek money as they did with his predecessor.

In the context of the new UAE position, Faramago received an invitation to visit the UAE. This invitation was already made earlier this month. The President met with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed, on 11 April. President of Somalia to achieve security, stability and development and the building of national institutions, in addition to providing social and charitable assistance.

Indeed, while Farajgo's visit was still ongoing, the UAE Red Crescent Authority announced a major relief and development campaign in Somalia with an initial budget of over $ 27 million, which it said would be enriched later by voluntary funds.

The sources confirm that the policy of the rulers of the new Emirates towards "Framago" is based on luring money and aid in return for more UAE influence in the country.

It is noteworthy that the former Somali President «Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud» and his government strengthened its relations with Abu Dhabi very large, and opened the door wide to the influence of Abu Dhabi security and military in the country.

Sahal sxb......maybe a little off topic, but is there any camp in Somalia that can fully open the country.
These donations, except humanitarian, do more harm than good as most is looted. :)

Why can't they bypass the Arabs, Africans, Turks etc and sign up with the USA.....they get the oil and in return we get security guarantees and development.

we have 6 camps in baledweyne at the expense of the administration, they offer two daily meals but these r for the affected people who migrated from the rural to urban areas but how can you reach those who remained in the rural areas? so there r the national gurmadka abaaraha who receive a money donated mainly from the diaspora somalis. last time they collected over 1 million....they divided it to the federal regions equally 150,000 pr each and 200,000 for SL. 100,000 the disputed nothern areas aka SSC, 100,000 for the banadir IDPS

the money who has gone for SSC was received by the sool-based dhulbahante gudiga abaaraha. so they r responsible for all nothern harti deegaans. its too early to judge them now there has been some qaylo from laasqoray but its too early.

SSC region had no access to the NGOs for being a "disputed areas" they dont know how to operate in there from SL or PL...most aid from hargeysa ends up in caynabo an isaaq district in sool? minister jangali have opened the door for buuhoodle i think bc of Farmaajo they r now letting the NGOs to operate in there via the SFG this has angered PL who wants to control the region via cunaqabateyn.

this UAE aid wil be delivered by their red cross to all somali regions

i guess buuhoodle will keep receiving via SFG
