Can anyone point me to a country were a clique or a bunch of relative oligarch's groups don't rule nor appoint each other in positions of power ?

What Murursade is doing is very smart and I support them in this, it's what HSM/Sheikh Shariif should have done, the former couldn't even appoint his own PM henchman and spent his entire tenure infighting with them.

Kheyre is a blessing in disguise, he is consolidating without trying to appease anybody, let him form his strong candhowadaag gang, he has my full support in this, that's how you run a government, being able to trust everyone in key positions and sleep nice at night not worried who will stab you in the back this time.
