If you tax the rich 95%, they'll simply take their business to other regions or countries. It doesn't work like that.

The gov cant even implement the current tax regime. Telesom alone evades at least hundred of millions last ten years. forget about Dahabshiil and Somcable, they are crony capitalists and will not pay a cent as long as they pay the ruling parties election campaign.

Also, why should the gov build power lines when the power generation and distribution are 100% private? the private power companies refuse to modernize and invest clean power, with the revenue they recieve they could have entirely run sland on wind and solar. sadly somalis and innovation dont mix ever
