You've been anti-Kheyre from the beginning when you said Parliament wouldn't approve him, what gives?

Auditor-General is in the EXECUTIVE branch. Parliament CONFIRMS the position but the Executive branch nominates and fires.

The Auditor General will be fired by a decree of the President with the votw/advice by the Cabinet headed by the Prime Minister.

So it's the Prime Minister's choice to fire and the President just signs the cabinet's decision.

8. The Auditor-General is the head of the SAI of the Federal Republic of Somalia with full legal capacity and independence subject only to the Constitution and the Public Audit Act (to be enacted) and is accountable to the National Assembly.
In the exercise of his/her duties; the Auditor-General must be impartial and must exercise the powers and perform the functions of office without fear, favour or prejudice in accordance with the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) Code of Ethics for auditors in the public sector and the Auditing Standards. The SAI's audit objectives of legality, regularity, economy, efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in the public sector will be achieved by the Auditor General reporting to the National Assembly with the following responsibilities:

Article 26 of the Financial and Accounting procedure of the State, 1961 as amended require that the composition and organization of the Office of the Magistrate of Accounts and the guarantees of the independence of its members shall be governed by a separate law. To kick-start the PFM reforms whilst an Audit Bill is being developed; the Auditor General shall be appointed by the National Assembly through vetting by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and ratified by the President who shall determine the conditions of employment, including an appropriate salary, allowances and other benefits consistent with the position of a Chief Justice. The remuneration of the Auditor General would be a first line charge on the Consolidated Revenue Fund and will form part of the budget for the Office of Auditor General. The budget for the Office of Auditor General would be maintained under a separate budget head under his/her administrative control with an independent auditor appointed by the National Assembly.

It seems the cabinet ministers had urgent meeting and discused there are 5 damaging points against Nour and the action and how he behaved after the incident which makes him suspicion number one one of the main ones is that he fleed the location knowin a minister was shot in his car and bleeding and then going on VOA Somali and claiming there was a fire exchange between his car and victims car
Now the cabinet took this decision so in Somalinet We must respect that and stop inflaming the situation and writting nuisenses
In my opinion why did they not only dosmiss him first and fire him after full investigation.
