Don't report him , tell him you've overheard some of friends wanting to report him , but you've stopped them . Tell him to be more discreet or just stop chewing while he's at work.

a=me i believe you in the u.k, jaad here is allowed unlike the scadinavian and the americas. most bus drivers in london are somali and 80% of them chew the damned green twigs. in some companies they provide them plastic bags to dump their taqsiin large quantities of jaad is legally brought to heathrow daily (duty paid) it is not illegal thing. why would you want to report something that is no illegal and make an ass of yourself??
