It is well known policy used to fire any one who is not following your directions. Which is not bad idea, but in democracy world it creates a tribal mafia running the place.

One example is Somali social revolutionary party and German socialist party. They both silenced any official who work independently in his post.

Having said that president Donald trump has the right to fire him. Is it "raw-vegetable policy"?

The answer is Yes.


It is funny the historian who gives this name... RAW-VEGETABLE POLICY....
