Bizarre revelation so we own the port DP comes along to supposedly invest 441 million, and we pay 155 million and we get 35% of our own port, DP pays 55 million more then us and they get 65% and sell 19% to Ethiopia for 84 million.

So DP only invested 55 million to own Berbera for the next 30 years.
