black filled area's in somalia?

where are the area's where people that would be considered black unlike for example abdullahi yusuf and the people who look like him regardless of their hair texture of nose shape or skin colour where are their areas they live in in somalia because i've been to hargeisa and i've only seen people who you can't barely tell that they are black africans for example somali entertainer maki xaaji banaadir is a non negroid african who can be consider black but ex somali president abdullahi yusuf is otherwise. so where are the acceptable black african hoods in somalia don't mention the neighborhoods of slave descents like shabelle.
