Homeopathy for treating depression?

I know that for issues involving "the mind" it is best to consult a homeopath for constitutional care. I did just that. I have been suffering from severe depression, which has been resistant to all allopathic medicine for almost two years. I have tried everything to get well. I want to live. One homeopath told me that finding the right constitutional remedy would take care of everything. Another told me I should look into bio-identical hormones. I am totally confused. Any advice would be appreciated
