Well, He was driving the car and the car wasn't bulletproof. Maybe the guy wasn't accurate or maybe he meant to kill the guy, God knows.
either way farmaajo's own security ran over 2 people (One died and one injured badly) and wasn't sentenced to death, Accidents happen, The punishment shouldn't be the death sentence.

If someone shot your relative, would you not want the death sentence on that individual, why do you deny the cause of justice for the family of the murxum ?

car accidents happen all the time, it is also vital that the government clamp down on the reckless driving by AMISOM, I am actually on your side, I prefer victims get justice, however someone getting gunned down is very different from being hit by a car, its a tricky one.
