An Eeydoor that understands the game. Clearly a united Dhulbahante (let alone Harti, or even Daarood) is a major threat to Isaaq, forget about a single Eeydoor sub-clan. That being said, Jaalle Siyaad's government fell due to inter-Daarood rivalry and the whole Daarood vs Hawiye catastrophe that took place. If Isaaq really had anything to do with it, you wouldn't have lost Burco and Hargeisa after seizing it for few weeks with the full military and financial support of Ethiopia and other world powers. lol

With the USC and SPM forming logic would dictate that the only winning move was to pull all forces out of hargiesa and burco, and reinforce berbera and shiekh. The SNM did not have the equipment to take on an entrenched force, but were easily suffocating and starving the army in burco. Arm dhulos , warsengli and gadabursi then move most of the army back to xamar.

In 1990 USC found the way to xamar wide open, the tiny forces left in the south were easily manhandled and they just walked to xamar with little opposition.
