i have the pic in my whatsapp but i dont like to expose it
its one of these houses. we bought it $70,000, paid 30,000 in advance rest in 5 years via their bank $400 a month
If you're paying in installments, it would definitely involve riba. It baffles me why you choose Tanzania, where there's much corruption and chance of losing your house/business if there's instability. Turkey would have been a better choice.

darusalaam makes sick mansions but i would have bought a beach house instead.
your theory is right but for this time the suburbs are safer than cities plus the economic disparity between the people so its he best way to avoid, tuugada and neighbour who live on shaxaad. my hooyo and aabo are reer mandheera, got bros and sisters in the EU and america so im the only one who wills to go back to somalia for politics so i will keep the house and they can stay there during their visit.

no there is no reba its owned by duduble wadaados. its permissible to sell by installments.
since you r the type of pics or it didnt happen i will show you a pic from the inside but the outside looks better. our house is not in this vedio its very special one next to another house. them two r abit isolated from the rest, has large garden and a roof like a mosque. you know mutuleelka fiiq fiiqan. inside it has a nice baranda with trees but the toilet looks small and rubbish
Ok Sahal good point, I remember after a while when Mogadishu got liberated they were about to build these new beach houses in liido or jazeera, saw it in aljazeera news.
@paperino
Darusalam is a construction company name and if I'm not wrong also a new district in Mogadishu.
