by single payer i meant universal heath insurance for all regardless their age, income and whether they are vet or not. plus "medicare for all" isnt really a single payer system medicare doesnt cover everything that single payer system does thats why ppl buy (medigap)

The original architects of JFK's Medicare task force intended it for it to become universal. One of the last surviving members said it in an interview recently.



Expanding Medicare to everyone is going to be the only solution to the health care crisis in the USA. Allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices as well.

The power of the Insurance companies and Big Pharma is a lot but they won't survive a market volatility once the GOP sabotages the system.

These 3 republicans voted with the dems 4o yes 51 negative .. it takes alot of courage to vote against ur party bill specially something as big as obamacare repeal and when you arnt from purple state so i have to say good for murkowski and john mccain even thou i think Mccain was getting his revenge for that " i like ppl who werent captured he is a hero bcz he was captured" comment by trumpf if only one repulican voted with the publicans it would been 50/50 then VP pence would break the tie as he did before.
