No more private security companies , Somalia police should provide security to xamar .

From what ive heard, the governments attempts to do this have not yielded any good results apart from increased violence and crime.

Although ideally it would be better for the police to provide security, the question to be asked is are they capable of that? Have they got the

numbers, skills, resources, training, competence, if they dont, then there is no point dismantling private security companies purely for practical
reasons

Dont forget everything build from the scratch and Xamar is starting from zero.

Obvious there will be difficulty but after some time will became better and better.

Regarding training Amisom will provide it to xamar police.
