I already said this before but I'll say it again. Countries do NOT join organizations on the basis of ethnic lines. Countries join alliances for mutual economic benefit. Somalia is located right beside Arabia so they joined them league to strengthen relationships with their neighbour's. If countries joined organizations on the basis of ethnic lines than why should Egypt and Arabian country located in the middle east part of the African union? Because they're located in Africa same way Somalia is located in their Arab world
