Wow, this is really great, Somalia/Ethiopia/Djibouti really need to up their game and catch up with Kenya in tech innovation and the Somalis in those countries need to really cooperate more closely in tech innovation because we are entering The Fourth Industrial Revolution and it will require a great deal of innovation beyond the means of a single country.
