Why are everyone in the Horns of Africa physically weak?

All ethnic groups in the Horns of Africa (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia+) all share one thing in common - visible boney body, malnourish looking features and poor strength.

The Horns of Africa have had conflicts for more than 1,300 years and even till this day. Much, much longer than the rest of Africa combined. Yet, Central and West Africans are physically stronger and athletic than Horners today.

The longest conflicts were concentrated in the Caucasus region and the the Great Steppe (between Russia and Central Asia). If you look at your average Chechen, Turk, Tajik, Slav or anyone from the region, they have larger bodies and are physically strong (hence their dominance in wrestling, judo, mma, boxing and weightlifting etc) and it was passed from their ancestors to ensure they have a upper hand in wars.

The Horners on the other hand are weak, small, malnourished and never dominate in combat sport (despite went through 1300+ years of conflicts).

Somalis can Excel in sports , it's just the somali parents in Western world's don't really let their kids really invest time in sports. They want their kids to go to dugsi and school instead , which also sets them up for a good life later. But we need some diversity in our community we need more Mo Farah's to give young somali youth hope and a "hero figure ". Imagine if a LeBron James type athlete came out the slums of Somalia and became an international star. I know of a 13-14 year old youth really good at soccer/futbol Arsenal wanted him to take part in their youth camp and his dad said no he has to focus on school. School is a for profit scam in 2017. They straddle you with debt so they can keep making money off you years down the road. Public education is free at the high school and lower levels , and college should be too. The answer is genetics. Horners are physically and intellectually inferior compared to to other races. But Somali lamagoodles are the most inferior horners. Both ethiopians and eritreans are stronger, bigger, less facially deformed, lighter skinned and more intelligent than lamagoodles. Somali lamagoodles are simply genetic trash.
