Just deport them like you did with southern refugees at berbera port.

Southern refugees were sick twisted individuals that wanted to bring the problems from the south to the north. Or they were useless people that brought nothing at all.

We have different definition of "coward". Isaaqs consider killing unarmed civilian in your protection "Cowardly". But these Dooros think it is bravery. It takes guts to say, that you are "protected" and no one will touch you.
