We must replace Amisom by 22,000 Somali soldiers. So, all northern and JL states had refused to submitted soldiers except Khatumo. My idea there are lot of unionists in north Somalia (issaq/Awdal state/ khatumo) so, the government must send recruiters to those regions. Also unionists in Puntland defence (dhulbahante) must leave and join Somali national army. To be honest we must concentrate on fighting al kebab in south. My idea is unionists in north States armies (SL/PL) should join Somali national army.
