West Africans more respected than East Africans in Australia?

It's well known that East Africans (South Sudanese and mostly Somalis) are looked down thanks to the youth that tarnished the community's image.

West Africans who are all recent migrants are highly respected. They don't commit crimes or become one of those 2pac wannabe trash strolling in packs in public like South Sudanese and east Africans do. They don't commit crimes like they do. They don't create "no go zones" like South Sudanese and Malis do (who have the gut to go to western suburbs?)

They don't give a bad name to their community like East Africans do. They're all highly educated and contribute to society unlike the South Sudos and Malis. They don't pollute the suburbs with dirt, crimes, creating 2pac wannabe gangs like APEX or exporting American thug culture here.

Why? Why can't the East Africans youth contribute to society in Australia like West Africans do and not act like thugs and destroy our images?

I said it before that most of them have absent fathers in their household and I've seen it first hand. Their fathers are either working cabbies 24/7, overseas or the mothers are widowed/divorced. These mothers are incredibly naive and can be easily manipulated by their own sons who hang out with the wrong social circle.

I have not been to Perth, Canberra or Adelaide, but Sydney and Brisbane has a lot of Africans (maybe not as much as Melbourne). Melbourne is 5.3M in population, and so am pretty sure that is big enough to dilute whatever the population of Africans there is. It has nothing to do with which city has more Africans
