Republic of Puntland: Humanitarian mission

We have already saved the dying hutus and now its time to save the idoors feeding on porcupines for livelihood. Puntland was the third country to dispatch emergency medical assistance to Mogadishu bombing victims, first two being United States and Turkey. Next humanitarian mission for Puntland: Air drop food aid to famine-stricken areas in the Peninsula, including Somaliland, Galmudug, Hirshabeele, Southwest and Jubaland.

According to world Bank Puntland has less poverty then zomLiland and is better educated. So technically they can offer u aid.
