TAXING is of course haram, because Muslims are forbidden to steal i.e. depriving someone of their rightful and legal assets/property/earnings etc...by force or deceit. TAXING is an act of theft carried by government (group of individuals self appointed/selected to be the agents of the entire population in a given territory without a legal contract between them).
To impose TAX on the people is akin to forced wealth distribution very similar to theft and, like crime, a government income redistribution programs (i.e. TAX) produce the same result as theft. In fact, that's what a thief does; he redistributes income.

Muslim Faith objects to the forceful taking of people's property by organised group(s) just as it does when a single individual commits the act.

Whether you disagree or agree does not make any difference nor important. What is important is what Islaam says and the actions that are in agreement and those disagreement with the teachings of Islaam!!!....And in Islaam there is NO COMPULSION!!!!!!!!
how would you feel if I come to your house at a time and date of my choosing and take some of your belongings like a computer, jewellery, kitchen appliances , whether you like it or not and told you that someone else requires them and would find them helpful as I drive off in my loaded van? ....What I am trying to say is why should I be threatened with the barrel of a gun, beaten/imprisoned and forcefully have my hard earned money, gains and my children's inheritance taken from me and give it to someone else and someone else's children (even if they are my blood relatives)?....what about my unalienable right of liberty and pursuit of happiness?
