Not really, the politicians base is Hargeisa, they live, invest and Enjoy in Hargeisa.

What's more... 60% of Reer Burco also invest in hargeisa, from the business tycoons, wealthy Burcaawis, Qurbajoog Burcaawis and more.

All the developments you see is Only 40% of Burcaawis investing their home town, but some Burcaawis are now coming back to their roots gradually.
