Money transfer companies

Post by Adali »

Back in the day there use to be only dahabshiil called dhiigshiil by most.

Does the SFG need to clamp down on these companies for their extortionate rates and fees? Not to mention the fact that terrorist organisation benefit from their operations as they are private companies complete unregulated by the sfg.

It really only effects the poor people who rely on them to live in the smaller towns on the country side. Most people in bigger cities are working and earning a livelihood. So why is charity being sent by families abroad to poor somalis inside the country turned into a profitable business??
These money transfer companies to do differentiate between charity or investment.
In a poor country like Somalia surely the government should subsidise completely these kind of industries that enables families abroad funding and sending money back to Somalia which helps our economy.

Small fact about Gedo, the students just cross to Mandera for school. You don’t know the region like us.

Clamp down on dahabshiil kulaha :dead:

The largest money transfer company in Africa , that regularly donates to people in both Somalia and Somaliland especially during times of drought , dahabshiil has done more for Somali's than any other Somali companies ever have and just because it's Isaaq owned you hate like a scorned ex girlfriend.

This retarded fucker asking why dahabshiil or any money remittance charges small commission to send money as if they don't have rent and taxes to pay in multiple countries just to provide the crucial service so many Somali's back home still depend on. Boon Marehan just shut up you're being irrational

Also I don't know why you're complaining about the commission they charge to send money , the people back home who need the money don't get charged it's the person that sends it that gets charged the commission. Your broke ass can't afford to spend extra $4-8 on top of every transaction that sounds like a personal problem broke boi

They have 1 high school in the entire region. Very useless people.

Maybe Dahabshiil should help them since they are so useless. They can’t even come together to build a school.

I bet they complain about that in their little gatherings secretly.

One single f-king secondary school in your entire godforsaken region

The headmaster of the 500-pupil primary school in the Gedo town of Buur Dhuubo, 480km southwest of Mogadishu, is pessimistic.

"Some of them will finish primary school but they don't have a chance for secondary school here," said Abdi Haji.

In Gedo, a region with more than half a million inhabitants, there is only a single secondary school.

Dahabshiil heavily used in Caabudwaaq, why would I hate it when it provides the best service out of the other companies, I am just stating facts. this has nothing to do with the clan of the owner, rather it has everything to do with the economics and the complete lack of regulation that allow private companies to run wild.

Its not my fault you have a chip on your shoulder and think only in terms of clan.

Actually I do not send money home regularly, its usually the other way around as I have business in Somalia you idiotic tard. I have more money I want to reinvest in Somalia and do not mind getting it there by paying a fee as a matter of fact, I am a customer of the same company you are defended with every iota of your being. Business is business, clan stuff aside the SFG definitely need to clamp down on money transfer companies, not only are they are security risk if they continue to go unregulated, but they are also a massive burden on the poor people living in the country side, with technology they will soon be outdated anyway, but the government needs to regulate the shit out of them, at least then the fee they charge will be deserved.

Lack of regulation kulaha my man you over thinking this there should be no regulation for dahabshiil in Somaliland or Somalia as they only deliver money to these places and people pick it up.

Dahabshiil is heavily regulated in the United States, UK, and Dubai so save that shit. They are an internationally regulated company
