All these are not neighborhoods. Not every shanty town is neighborhoods. Hargaysa are still its 4 large traditional neighborhoods dividing 26 June into twenty neighborhoods is delusional.

In the last municipal election hy alone without the ciidagale or Arab vote won the same numbers of candidates as the entire habar awal.

Each polling has a set number of voters - Folks can only vote in the polling station they registered themselves in.
It does not make sense that Kulmiye would put 1000 extra voters in each polling station in Hargeysa and Gabiley.

All these accusations will not do you any favours in your attempts to delegitimise the votes of entire districts.

Gacan Libaax contains Daami, Cabaaye, Kililka, Sheekh Madar, Laba Nuux, parts of 150ka etc.
These are not HY neighbourhoods.

Stop trying to portray Gacan Libaax as a purely HY district. We all know it ain't.
