Khatumo State doesn’t receive 150.000 $ monthly payment from federal government pus the yearly amount for every regional state in Somalia, plus the NGO do not work in SSC because of their nature as disputed area.

yaa salaam when some notherners like canuck2 and OD talk about regions they have no clue about it!

Firstly your shabeele numbers r pure generalization we dont know wich areas shabelle extends from feerfeer to jubada dhexe besides we never heard this stuff hanoo saraadin abaaro iyo waxaan jirin. Last week i donated to a mosque in baladweyne cause of flood.

Secondly the whole hiiraan 5 districts were free from al shabaab and amisom when the TFG was limited to wadada maka that links villa somalia to the airport. Al shabab started controlling hiiraan by 2010 before that between november 2008 and sept 2009 we had a pro TFG admin.

Before garguurte we had free three districts baladweyne matabaan and maxaas. Only baladweyne had amisom or ethiopia in beledweyne and this base is not inside the town and djibouti has the mandate so we r not like baydhabo or gedo where the ethiopians r dealing with the admin. Ethiopia is only used for war thought they do the opposite and evacuate each town they capture it.

to this day hiiraan is after Galmudug interms of security. You have north baladweyne 70km till matabaan and the river side till feerfeer, 80km till coomaad, 125 km till maxaas this is the north and east of hiiraan im not adding to our troops in the jijeele in the north west, al shabaab starts from the gaaljecel borders on the southwest and controlls the highway between buuloburde and Halgan. Now we r liberating this highay bc the mayor of buuloburde r hawadle and beforebit used to be baadicade who have no soldiers just bc the interior ministry. Now we got our own govt

For the first time hiirasn governor was ambushed by alshabab in this road to maxaas. They dont control single place between maxaas and baladweyne just were hiding in the trees bc hus visit was expected to arrive with a new mayor. No amisom was with him. They r only found in maxaas.
