If this happens i think there will big security development in Xamar why?

Since 2009 every district had local militias, basically Abgaal, HG and murursade based on their districts but officially the SNA and the police were mainly abgaal(70%) since they were the Govt

Hundreds of unofficial HG were registered by qaybdiid as police they receive their wages without duties, you have hundreds of unofficial cayr SNA like those who clashed with the murursade militias of xasilinta around dayniile, then you have hisbul islam SNA and along the lower shabelle

Current govt depends on murursade-managed-security like ciidamada xasilinta and the old ones have been removed from the main roads so i think its the perfect time to hand over security to one banaadir army taking advantage of the security vocuum in the main town.
