From what i have seen the poor south asians work in hard conditions but they dont have choice

I have worked with cadaan people even when they are doing voluntary work they do it the same way

I once did some voluntray work with two cadaan girls on the outside of a place and some other guys and girls were working in side that place. They were not normal women they kept working non stop and i was trying to take a break most of the times

What i have noticed is that cadaans like to every thing perfectly, honestly and fairly.

I dont know any thing about the east asians(indho yar) but i can tell you that arabs cheat alot, they work hard if they own the business or are self-employed, if you work for them they will never let you take a breath and will treat you like animal, the worst they dont like you to have another job even when your not working for them.

They even move the arab teachers in the gulf from one town to another to keep them poor bc they will be forced to puy a new furnature!

thanks sxb for the info. As a disadvantaged people they work like donkey. The chinese r also trying to better their economic conditions. Hardest asian workers are the philippines they do every thing but when im talking about the cadaan i mean commitment and dedication to the work.

I just realised I hadn't answered the question. My answer is that how hard working - commitment, dedication, professionalism etc... a race or a nation is depends on the belief that one lives to work or works to live another words living for work or working for a living. Therefore, I think the most hard working race in terms of commitment and dedication will tend to be the ones that are living for work and all indications and observations suggest that the European to be the most hard working race.

work culture of south europeans is terrible. Greece come late to work and miss deadlines. Italian are not trustworthy, spanish and portuguese cheat alot and are very lazy but they are better than italians who are the absolute worst.

Eastern europeans have good working culture, Nordics are also good workers but I prefer to manage east europeans they are more skilled and hard workers. germans are annoying to manage because they are perfectionist, they get stuck on 1 thing for hours trying to do it perfectly.

/English get the job done but moan about it for days.

Somalis are independent workers and also good team players, but a little too social.

Nigerians are very annoying to manage, hate working with them, but I have many good friends who are nigerians.

Ghanians are better workers.

Ethiopians are like Somalis, but Somalis have better performance.
