Don't forget it was the Norwegians whom were claiming Somali territorial waters only extended 12 miles not 200 miles.
They also tried to develop 3 Somali offshore blocks that Kenya was claiming.

Leave PM khaire from Amasas scandal and about soma oil and gas he left the company and sold his share. This scandal started in 2008.
