we had 2 minor clashes in somaliland, one between qayaad and baharasame communites in southern sool, and the other was sacad yonis vs biciide in ceelafweyn. i think those numbers came from these two clashes. there was no terrorist acts in somaliland and there was no any conflicts between the army and the peaople.

Still the 200 plus number is false as those conflicts only resulted in the death of less than 30 people. It seems these NGOs are claiming money on issues that don’t exists , they are essentially begging on false premises and must be closely watched in Somaliland and held accountable to the reports they release
