Abdi Qaybid is a war criminal who actively partook in the Somali Civil War. He was fighting in the front lines between 1991-1993 in Mudug, Mogadishu, Lower Shebelle, Middle Shebelle, Middle Jubba, Lower Jubba and Gedo. He has blood on his hands. With that said, he has been elected by his own clansmen to represent them. Furthermore, with such a criminal history, it is not easy to trust such a man. I applaud the government in cracking down on the likes of Abdi Qaybid and conduct a full on investigations on them.
