The rivers don’t belong to countries but protected by UN’s law that one country can not cut water or harm other country ‘s water source.

This case against Ethiopia for building illegal dams at Shabelle and Jubba is very easy to win because of drought and famine that is threatening Somalia and leading to yearly famine. Droughts are part of nature but the famine is man made crime.
