I propose Bosaso be Somalia's seat of all federal authorities whilst Mogadishu is the titular capital city that hosts Villa Somalia, the central bank and is the economic hub of the country

A skeptic may say the only reason you are supporting Bosaaso to be crowned as the new Skinny capital, is because of it's geographical approximty to the Triangle. The relocation of the capital to Bosaaso, will directly benefit your folks, as you will have much easier access to essential government services, as for instance, obtaining passports or driver's licenses.
