DP World will be made to compile, how dare you compare the Great State of Puntland to the Traitor SNM Rebels who call themselves Somalidiid? Puntland's agreement with DP World is not illegal and already stamped approved by the Federal Government. But signing agreement with an unrecognized state is illegal on many grounds. Go read about the basic principle of International Law and save yourself from sounding so dumb!
