Somalis kulaha, you mean Hawiyes pay your taxes. Lol.

Puntland calling it's self titled ''mother of Somalia" should be the first to contribute in taxes instead of milking her own tits greedily and corruptly.

In South we know our enemy and it ain't Somaliland nor Daroods collectively.

This.

I've noticed we use foreign investment/aids on projects which only needs local material and currency to buy the equipments, This will only add pressure to our economy and cause inflation to our currency. I welcome this , since we won't be paying a penny and won't be a foreign owned military base.

improving our Somali's defence security should be one of our main goals

Lack of tax revenue will lead to a breeding ground for corruption, if the government is paid in a legal way, then their officials will clamp down on bribery much more, and in return the people will benefit because bribes are paid by foreign entities to exploit the nation and its people.

The government ultimately serves who ever pays them, if they are paid by foreigners they will serve foreigners that is just a fact, if they are paid by the locals they will serve the locals, no one bites the hands that feeds them.
