I know the president is going to meet with UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Definitely the military base will be the main topic along with DP World, al Khalifa Foundations and other humanitarian assistance.

Overall UAE will invest more than $1.2 billion.

We do not need weapons we need their money.

Sheikh mansour controls the money and I'm sure he will signed few deals with SL. The military base and airport development is the priority.

SL is on a winning streak. Its interests are now firmly aligned with UAE, Saudi, Ethiopia, USA.

Also, something much, much bigger is underway :D
DP World stresses commitment to Somaliland

DUBAI: The head of DP World stressed on Thursday the company’s commitment to its investments in Somaliland, two days after Somalia reportedly said it was banning the ports operator from operating there. Sultan Bin Sulayem, DP World Group chairman and chief executive officer, said that DP World will continue to invest in Somaliland in 2018, as part of up to $1.4 billion in planned capital expenditure for operations globally.
