Should Isaac join Ethiopia ?

Lets look at the facts.

1. Ethiopia has significant Isaac population
2. Ethiopia owns part of Berbera port and can be good economic partner
3. Ethiopia can legitimize any future deals to develop SL
4. Ethiopia has supported Isaac SNM against the somali government.
5. Isaac and Ethiopia has long shared cultural and historical ties.
6. hundreds of thousands of Ethiopians have made SL home, mainly Wajaale, Gabiley, Hargaisa.

We are already part of it (Haud & Reserved Area).

We don’t need nor want SL to join anyone. It is its own nation and our Holy land.

What we need to do is send more professionals, business elites and hard currency across the border to buy real estates, banks and offices in Addis Ababa.

We need to use the port as a leverage. “We are partners and we should also gain not only better access to Ethiopian market but we should get 19% discount on every transaction”.

This is my vision. Idoor need to see that Ethiopia can be What the US is for Israel but in order for that to happen we not only need to send the best to embed themselves but we need to think commercial, corporations.

Ethiopia has to feed 100m but Idoor need to feed 3 million Isaac and Samaroon. Forget the rest.

We should have spare cash to buy friends and influence in Addis. We need to target real estate, banks, dams, energy and education as well as media. Let us sing hagere Itoobiya until there is free Ethiopia.

Amhara are first allies then unionist Oromo. Our philosophy should be always we want United Ethiopia. With that there shouldn’t be any issue why we shouldn’t win friends and influence.

Tigrai decline has already began with unionist Oromo coming to the forefront even if he is agent of TPLF. TPLF establishments are old and dying. On average they are in their 60s.

Once they die out there is no new generation to replace them nor does Tigray have resources or means to beat Amhara and/or Oromo on their own. The TPLF came to power because of EPLF (Eritreans). They will not fight for them.

Abiy Ahmed already indicated he wants to normalise relations with Eritrea.

We have already managed to keep Somalia at bay using Ethiopia (port deal, it’s our joint interest to defend it).

Next we need to become influential within Ethiopia. Don’t rely on nomads in Haud. We need offices in Addis Ababa and means to move hard cash. We need to invest in Oromia but keep Amhara as our friends. Amhara even needs our business in Oromia so as to know what Oromo are doing. They can suspect an Amhara but never Isaac.

Ethiopians in SL can have a positive impact. Instead of seeing Jeegan, Hilaac, Onkod and Wadani——now there is Tewodros and Jawar. You can discuss things higher than Jeegan disappeared coz of Hilaac.

Besides they become nationalists themselves.

Issac are smart they'll stay independent otherwise if they unite with Ethiopia, they'd get a massive influx of Ethiopian farmers who would definitely change the demographics lol.
But, economic deals should be made. Somalia can get Involved too once it gets its act together.
Kenya, Sudan, we should all trade and work together. No need to live in the past and relive old conflicts. America conquered huge lands from mexico and they are good friends or were good friends.
