USA, Somalia state building progress (and why we dont need UAE)

our forces will be equipped by USA, Turkey, great Britain and italy, once their professional capacity meets international standard(30 percent left, mainly documentation, base and heavy weapons management)
the fact is money si not needed in somalia, its all about state craft and institution building capacity, so in that sense let UAE return to their humanitarian donations because they failed in less then a 1 years in somalia.
funny how the west and the turks are silent about their increasing influence in somalia and the uae debacle
