SL and PL are both allies of UAE and Ethiopia, but they are still in clan warfare with each other over the disputed area inside the old British Somaliland borders.
The funding and the arms comes from UAE, nice way for UAE to make money while the niggers fight each other, sell them both weapons

Portland is a weak clan enclave it's no threat to Somaliland interest in the region we are a few miles away from their capital. they have no leg to stand on.

People don't seem to realise that PL is no threat to SL militarily. Never has been
This is because SL is much bigger than PL. In terms of population, economy and culture. For every PL soldier there are 3 SL soldiers.
But politically PL has waged war on SL. This is where SL has to fight back.
