The Governor of Gedo, Guest of Mogadishu, Mr Farmajo, is running away to irrelevant Burundi, as close to half a million Somalis are submerged in flash floods across Wanlawein Republic.
The useless guy has no clue how to deal with these kind of issues.
Meanwhile, the real authorities there, AMISOM has dispatched an emergency team to places like Beledwene. These people have not eating for days, many are suffering from hypothermia and it’s prone to water-born diseases.

Somaliland, Djibouti and Ethiopia should all organise some urgent aid to the people of Beledweyne and Baidao.
What they need are hot meal, shelter, blankets, medicine.
May Allah help them. Thank you President Museveni.

i was talking to awrastaale, but your assumption says it all to be honest. Ahmed madoobe is the weakest of the so called regional presidents and barely controls Kismaayo with the help of Kenya. 5 KM outside of kismaayo ahmed madoobe cannot go.

As for the topic, its very unfortunate that Beledweyne doesn't have a local administration to deal with these kind of environmental crisis, this is hardly anything to do with Farmaajo, its a local administrative problem and neglect, ilahay ha u gargaaro umadaas maskiinta.
