Egyptian reports that their cyber army hacked some ethiopian websites?

Allegedly, the egyptian cyber army is claiming they hacked 1. the amhara regional state website, and 2. that they hacked the gilgel dam, located on the Omo river, in the south.
if true, things are heating up indeed!!
