hargaisa has always had water shortage, this is why in the 80s hargaisa and many other cities were regulated so that people from the miyi could not just move into the city and over populate it to an extend where the water situation could turn into conflict. The sad thing is the native Ciidagale population are the ones who suffers the most from the water monopoly of sacad muse.

What happened to the new water wells and reservoirs that were supposed to pipe water to Hargeisa from 50km away?
I remember there were shit loads of threads about a foreign water company that was gonna build it for them.
This iidoor regime love to announce all kinda projects.....then once everyone has forgotten it's quietly shelved. :som:

Has farmaajo built a second high school in gedo yet? You seem to be constantly crying sacad muse since biixi was elected, relax he won’t send you to die in a Nigerian toilet like your adeer.

inshallah we are currently working on building the second school in the entire gedo region, education is important I know this because I am educated and reaping the benefits from it alhamdulilah, but what are you going to do about the extreme water shortage in your so called capital city ? subxanallah, water is a basic need, you will literally die without it.

Meanwhile, Cape town South Africa is looming closer to day zero: when taps run dry. You would think they will learn from their past draught experiences and make some sort of water collecting methods by now. Zoomali will be Zoomaali whether it is the triangle or Original Derivish's slums in buhodle

Few observations about the video:

Reality on the ground is quite different from what some people here preach.
Traffic is horrendous, cars turning whichever way they please. I could have sworn I saw the same cars come around the block few times. Is the place that small :) .
And as soon as the woman started buranbuur some of the guys ran away...I would too.

Still beats Naarul Jabooty, one of the levels of Jahanama. Hot, smelly and full of prostitutes.
