As if Assab/Massawa ports would spring up from thin air. No. It would take years to develop, billions to invest, all of that is preceded by Asmara settling issues with its neighbors before foreign investors are comfortable with the regime in Asmara.

Rail line links Addis to Djibouti, highways are built, dry dock Ethio side of the border (in Sitti Zone), DIFTZ in Djibouti. We just need peace and good leadership on all sides.
