Should sitti zone of DDSI become a separate kilil (ismaamuul)?

So with all these protest in sitti province and Dir Dhabe, should we (the issas) take our future in our own hands and become a separate kilil or is the resignation of abdi ilay enough? What do you think fellow issas? :up:
