The Prince of Kuwait builded allot of things there. Also the Kuwaiti house in newhargeysa is magnificent. But we had some corruption because the airporrs of hargeysa and berbera still looks shit a man called usama stole allot of money and funds. Either way need to visit Kigali Kuwait city and Nairobi election is coming next year parliamentary golleh deegaan I don't think muse will be flying anywhere soon but the foreign minister or seylici would go. Because muse needs to karbaash the punanis in garowe and solve the ceelafweyn conflict.

Muse is isolated due to his own isolation and Somalia gaining more momentum as well as the wind of reform in Ethiopia/Eritrea.
I don’t see him going anywhere but UAE or Djibouti.
Kuwait doesn’t want to be pictured with SL or Somalia while UAE-Qatar beefing is tense so they don’t want to be seen like they taking a side.
Muse needs to come out and get some fresh air at least Silanyo toured SL, laid stones in every village and walked down the Hargeisa markets.
SL foreign policy is nonexistent.
Sa’ad Ali Shire only serves the job for monetary gains. He is not genuine about it. Don’t let his calm demeaner fool you. He is one clever fox. He and Bashe are building themselves offices and trade businesses in UAE masked or disguised as “Somaliland”.

What passport is musa biixi using when going on a private holiday to the destinations you just mentioned. I hear a somali passport office is being opened in hargeisa soon. Perhaps he can request one from there.
He should visit nairobi and meet some milkman and mechanics. I heared a few Ugandan day laborers where given an official state welcome in Somaliland
