History of Dire Dhabe

There seems to be quite a lot going on at the moment in various Somali regions within Ethiopia. I was curious if any of you had any knowledge about Dire Dhabe the city and the history of Somalis there/settling and migration. I realize it goes back a while with connections to the Dir tribe. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
