Cheeseman can not cut anyone's money, did we forget how the donors humiliated him and refused his pathetic request to end the special deal with Somaliland?

They are actually pretending the poor cheseman can do anything to the regional leaders

Tbh it is inconsequential. The Somali Gov doesn’t control the country and these so called regional states are all under AS yet they say we break ties. Its a big joke all the way around.
